Transact-SQL (TSQL) Reference - MSDN
This is actually for SQL Server 2000, and it is worth noting that there have been some small changes in SQL Syntax for the newest SQL Server version, but since most installed servers you are likely to run into are not brand new - this is probably the best reference for developing on MSSQL with T-SQL.
